Grace House support during the new lockdown

03 November 2020

Following the announcement on the new Covid lockdown we wanted to let you know how this impacts on Grace House.

As always, the families we support are at the heart of everything we do.  We know from your feedback that the support we’re offering, whether face to face or remotely, is greatly appreciated.  It seems that now more than ever it is vital that we continue to provide, safely, the support that you feel most needed.

The services we’re currently providing remotely will continue as normal.  We also want to continue to offer face to face support for those services where it’s felt that doing so is really beneficial.  This will, of course depend on the person offering the support sessions being able to come into the building, and their governing bodies continuing to support face to face work.

From Thursday the staff here will be spending more time working from home, coming into the office as needed to support any face to face sessions taking place.  But we will be contactable – we are alerted to any voicemails left on work phones.  We’ll also be accessing emails.  And we will respond to any requests made via our Facebook page.  It is really important that you know that if you need to contact us for any reason that we’re still here to help.
